These are the terms that govern your use of FutureFlow. By signing up, you agree to them. We’ve written them in plain English wherever possible.
What FutureFlow is
FutureFlow is an educational and planning tool. We help you understand where your money goes, spot savings, and see what they could become over time. We are not a bank, broker, financial advisor, or investment platform. We don’t hold your money.
What we’re not
- Not financial advice. Everything we show is illustrative and educational. For personal financial advice, please speak to an FCA-authorised advisor.
- Not investment recommendations. We don’t recommend specific products, shares, or funds.
- Not a guarantee. Projections are based on long-term assumptions. Real returns vary. Past performance does not predict the future.
Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
You must be at least 18 to use FutureFlow. If you’re under 18, please ask a parent or guardian.
Acceptable use
Don’t use FutureFlow to:
- Abuse, harass, or harm others.
- Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our services.
- Impersonate someone else.
- Use the service for commercial scraping or resale.
Subscriptions (Pro)
Pro plans are billed monthly or yearly at the prices shown on our pricing page. Prices include UK VAT.
You can cancel any time in Settings → Plan. You’ll keep Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
If Pro hasn’t saved you more than its cost within 30 days, email us for a full refund. No hoops.
Availability
We work hard to keep FutureFlow available 24/7, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. Occasional downtime may happen for maintenance or due to factors outside our control.
Liability
We provide FutureFlow as-is. We’re not liable for financial losses resulting from actions you take based on our tool. Always double-check numbers and seek professional advice for major decisions.
Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we’ll email you. Continued use after updates means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
